If you want a name added to the mug, please indicate that when placing your order.
When ordering a sacasm series mug, the sayings are under the Additional Info Section. You can choose one of them thats has been provided to you or you can come up with one of your own. If choosing one of your own (must be royalty free or within public domain), be sure to include the saying in the Note section before placing your order.
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival from day of order being placed.

Unless a product arrives damaged, a refund will not be given or a new product will not be shipped out. Every item is provided with a USPS tracking number. If an item arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to contact me within 12 hours after you have received your package to make a claim. You must provide images of the damaged item as well as the box it was shipped in in order to be considered for a refund.
