Mugs are 12oz or 15oz.
If you want a name added to the mug, please indicate that when placing your order.
If adding an image of your own to the mug, please send me an email (carly@ckmediadesign.com) after placing your order. Images MUST be of high quality.
If you want a saying added to your mug (must be royalty free or within public domain), include the saying in the Note section before placing your order.
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival from day of order being placed.

Unless a product arrives damaged, a refund will not be given or a new product will not be shipped out. Every item is provided with a USPS tracking number. If an item arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to contact me within 12 hours after you have received your package to make a claim. You must provide images of the damaged item as well as the box it was shipped in in order to be considered for a refund.Mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
Do NOT use an abrasive sponge to clean the mug. Doing so will damage the coating on the mug as well as image.
